Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund or replacement.
To be eligible, the item must be defective, damaged, or incorrect. Because our products are personal care items, we do not accept physical returns, and used products cannot be refunded unless there’s an issue.
To request a refund or replacement, please contact us at contact@earthlysoap.com with your order number, a photo of the issue, and a brief explanation.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at contact@earthlysoap.com within 30 days of delivery. Include a photo and description of the issue. If approved, we’ll issue a refund or send a replacement within 3 business days.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If there's an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll help with a refund or replacement if eligible.
Refunds
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
